Over the centuries, ceramic tile has been installed.  A good bit of this tile is still in use after hundreds of years.  Throughout the ages, there has been a constant demand to improve the appearance of ceramic tile.  Ceramic tile is made by compressing clay under great pressure.  It is sprayed with a color and baked in a kiln for 24 hours. Tile last for centuries.

The grout that surrounds the tile is nothing more than cement.  It is not baked and cannot be as hard as the tile.  Therefore, being a softer nature, grout wears out and gets stained, dirty and moldy.  The founder of the Grout Genie has been in the tile grout repair business for over 55 years together with partners, a business plan as well as products, tools, chemicals and machines has been developed to clean, remove and replace ground.  Because of the large variety of different grouts used today, it is necessary to train specialists in the field of grout repair.

The Grout Genie offers partnerships in this field.  Please find below the different types of partnerships available:

In short, you will be operating your own business with a partnership with Grout Genie.  Your business is home-based.  You will use your own auto.

For the first three months, you will operate on a 50/50 basis with the Grout Genie .  We will require 50% of your business receipts during your first three months.  This is so we may recover the several thousands of dollars we spend to put you in business.  The Grout Genie  will place all of your advertising and guarantee to spend 12% of the previous month's receipts for your advertising.  At the end of those successful three months, the program will be 60/40 - 60% your way and 40% to the Grout Genie .  We will still manage, place ads and spend 12% of your total volume on your next month's advertising.  A Corporation will be formed in your area and you'll be the president.

2.  After three months of successful operation, you may opt to pay $10,000 and do your own advertising and pay only 12% per month this business will also be in partnership with the Grout Genie.

There has to be something right about a business where you can charge $70-$125/hour and hire people for $10-$12/hour to do the work.

Training

The Grout Genie maintains a training center in Southern California.  You will be trained by an experienced Grout Genie.  You will work with your trainer for a five-day period.  At the end of five days, you'll be given an open book test.  A 24-hour consulting line will be provided.

Baity is a founder of the Grout Doctor.  At the time that he recently sold of the grout doctor, this entity was servicing well over 500 American cities The new management of the Grout Doctor is interested in selling franchises for $15,000 and charging a monthly fee.  The Grout Genie  does not feel it is wise to take a persons operating capital away from them before they start into business.  Instead, the Grout Genie will put you in business as a partner without cost to you.

A corporation will be formed at the Grout Genie's cost and you will receive 50% of the Corporation stock.  Your 50% will be placed in escrow and each year 25% of that stock will be taken out of escrow and will be become voting stock.  At the end of four years you will then own the same amount of stock as the Grout Genie.  The Grout Genie will then turn their stock over to you and you will become the sole owner of the business you have worked so hard to develop.  You'll receive the rights to the Grout Genie name and trade secrets and you will pay no further fees.

This plan will put you in a well-established business belonging to you in four years.  You can sell, will, borrow or take investments.  In the meantime, if you should be terminated, quit or separate, your stock automatically reverts back to the Grout Genie.  During the four years, you cannot sell borrow or transfer your stock.
